Chapter Elections -

In order to request an election at your unit, please fill out the form below with all required information. We will contact you to confirm.

Important considerations:

Units are allowed only one OA election every 12 months!
Those that are elected at their unit's OA elections must attend and complete an Ordeal Ceremony within 12 months of their election. If this requirement is not met within the specified time frame, their election becomes void. If the candidate is still interested, they will need to be re-elected at a subsequent election and will still need to attend an Ordeal Ceremony.
The Lodge provides two or three Ordeal Ceremonies per year - see the Chapter Calendar, which links-in the Lodge Calendar.
